Rounding to 1.5 or 2 flat means pretty much cutting/adding 12%. You don't really round that much in the low bud region.

I didn't say to round to that. you can round 1 decimal, and it's a 1 decimal range.

i saw an admin/mod post that low tier hats should have a range. So...yeah.
