Alright, my second suggestion.

There are several b/o's on outpost for below the current price:

Conclusion:

These things don't seem to collect many offers around 2 buds. It needs a drop.

You don't have any solds at 1.6 and can't use BO's at that

The b/o's are only there as proof that it needs to drop from the current price, and I did have one sold under the b/o list, forgot to separate it.

25 keys is not 1.6 buds. 25/19 = ~1.3 buds.

There is one sold at 1.6, as I said to the guy above I forgot to separate the sale ^-^

I doubt that the 1.6 buds seller sold it for 1.6 buds when there are 1.5 buds sellers on the market. Probably need to add the seller to see what he sold it for. I think he sold it for 29 keys. (~1.5 buds) And also, he sold it in 4 hours+. That is pretty quick.
