Not doing this to manipulate my BP, I just kinda-sorta-really got sick of 1 key offers because 'bp.tf'. So . . . Now 'bc bp.tf'.

Turned down 2 keys 5 ref back when they were 8.11. Course, he's asking 4.5, so he may not count.

Dang he shoulda took-n-run on that 2 key 5 ref offer. Think I should include it in my proof or an outlier?

Only 4 sellers on the market, so I suppose a sale and an offer might do it.

Offer seems a bit too old, over 2 weeks and closing to 3 weeks. 2 keys is fine for now. Can be adjusted again in the future sales.
