You can do that. There nothing wrong with it. You just have to prove 2 sales took place and you can take one out if it is a quicksale. :P

If one was a quicksale, means is completely invalid and shouldn't be taken into consideration, apart from it, he needs 2 sales.

I do have 2 sales. The rules never stated that "Quicksale" cannot be used to constitute the second sale. It simply stated that 2 sales are required to establish a range. In this case, the range is set by showing that 1 bud is a quicksale and 1.2 buds isn't.
