In my personal expierence, barely none buy or sell this item clean on traditional market channels. The most of the trades happens in the SCM, where the price is 1.1 Keys~ (Gaben fees included), and this affects the market on Outpost (in which manner I think it's evident)

CONCLUSIONS:1 Key sells pretty fast, but it's still needs few times (and bumps)

I think, supported by my own sales (and experience), that you could sell this item for a refined over the normal key. I collected also a pair of trades with 1 Key + 2 Refs, but I've lost it, maybe I'll add them as soon as I find them.
