If you bought it for 10 buds, you should price it in buds, not keys. No hat with a value over a bud should be priced in keys. Also, you should provide proof that you bought it for this much, like a screenshot of your trade history or a link to the backpack histories.

Only you can view this, however, you can also take a screenshot of the trade you conducted in order to use it as evidence on this suggestion. Also buds are currently 19 keys, at least on backpack, so this suggestion is 10 keys (~half a bud) more than what you paid. Along with this, its also commonplace to price unusuals over 1 bud to be priced in buds for the sake of convenience.
