I believe R+ubi has sold for 14 keys. There was one he had recently end up in Toreutic hands

Its only a conservative drop. I found that it sells for around 12-13 often but I think it does and can get 14 keys

12-13 Seems a bit more reliable.

Neutral for now

I would have preferred that range. However, most offers fall right under 12 keys which is common if the item can indeed a few keys more than the most common offered value. And since I don't have any evidence of an upper end and with the use of buyouts under the current price its kinda appropriate in my opinion to use those as the upper end for now.

Hmmm, Still a bit skeptic, Let's let the mods decide on this one.
