It is probably too small of a change to consider asking you to resuggest. However, i am a bit concerned with the way you are applying overpay and not applying overpay. Might want to look into that.

Still this gets offers up to 3.3 - the lvl 88 max was a valid offer, he just bought a GE spartan instead.

I think 3-3.3 is close enough here that it's fine, but please be aware that there are suggestions that will be closed if your range is off due to not applying proper overpay.
