Maybe it's best to wait for this to sell first before setting a price.
It sold a month ago, the 1 month resell waiting period has ended.
I don't know where you came up with that rule, but I'm just going by this rule:
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.
The last one doesn't seem to apply here, therefore you need a second sale.
Erm, that is the rule I'm going by. This is the only sale of this 1 of 1 hat with a first gen effect and it occured July 17th, meaning the hat hasn't resold in 1 month.

Snowraptor is right though. If the seller doesn't sell it within a month after buying it, that is AFTER They have listed it on outpost, one sale is fine.
First criterion is met: Only one sale ever
2nd criterion is met: This is a first gen effect

look all the way at the bottom, polar said to hold off till august 18th or until another sale has been made, and well now its august 18th.
Well, if polar is making an exception to this (or maybe there really is a 1 month resell rules that I missed) then go right ahead. Though i still find myself somewhat skeptical.
