Agree that 3 keys is quicksell, but there are many other trades under 3.8 keys. Maybe resuggest with different range.

Yup. Way too easy to buy under the suggested range. Low end is too high.

Classifieds alone have plenty of sellers < 3.5. I'm not quite convinced 3.8 should be the low-end.

Yeah, I found 3-4 sellers on one price, 3-4 on another price and so on, that's why I'm also unsure about the low-end

not much proof on the low end, but the high end is great!

maybe use this proof to suggest another price like 3.5-4 or 4 keys

I also found same amount of proof on 3,5 keys as on 3,8 keys

I would rather go with 3.5 - 4 because there are people selling for 3.5 keys.
