Only recent sale to my knowledge. Sold for a scrap in less than a day.

Do you have any definitive proof that it was sold for a scrap? TF2 Outpost is tricky with that... the trader can mark the item as sold at anytime, and also, there could have been further price negotiation in chat or in trade. There's no comments or offers in that trade for the Vaccinator saying that it was sold for a scrap.

The evidence must show the sale price.

Pretty sure there is no more proof to be had. And the trade clearly shows the sale price of a scrap. It's reasonable to assume that it sold for that.

You need proof of that. You can't just say that you sold something without providing backup for it. A screenshot of your Inventory History showing that trade would work, I'd think... but still, I don't know if that'd be relevant to this specific price suggestion or not.
