Before i begin I must say that there are only 3 pages on outpost.tf of this item and so it is difficult to find proofs.

Many people are selling it at more than a key but i think is not important because are unsold and old

I think this item needs an higher price also because not many people are selling it but is my opinion

How can we know those aren't quicksells, as your proof doesn't contain much below 3 ref?

First off, you should organize your information to include solds, and show that 2.66-3 is a quicksell. Alongside that, you should also only work with the wrenchs that do not have parts/killstreaks applied to them, as they are usually considered "invalid" for a suggestion to raise the price/lower the price of an item. I'd recommend you find a bit more proof, then look at how other suggestions have their information organized and resuggest with those changes.

EDIT: A lot of your solds could have been wrenchs with parts on them. We don't know since we're only seeing the name of the item that was sold, not the actual description of the item. (such as mousing over it.)
