Outdated price, needs a drop.

Prices are based on the prices on the market not purely sales. Sales are the deciding factor when it comes to rising an items preice. In a case like that the sale proves that not only the seller, but also the buyer agree on the higher price which means that the market value of the item is higher than listed.

When lowering an items price sales are not necessary and the sellers at the lower price are the deciding factor. This is hence every trade these sellers are going to perform is going to be 100% valid proof of the items market value being lower than listed.

If I understand correctly (and I might not), that's not true for unusual suggestions; sales are required in unusual suggestions regardless of the manner of the suggestion.

Sales are not necessary for regular suggestions. Sales ARE necessary for unusual suggestions.
