Spiteful price manipulation. "Revenge" for posting an offer, WTF is wrong with this person? After I offered, this user literally told me "I'm a price voter on backpack.tf, I'm gonna change the price of your hats because you low balled me"

It wasn't a joke, this person literally wrote "I'm a price voter on backpack.tf, I'm gonna change the price of your hats because you low balled me" then did it....Not a very funny joke. More like a psycho on a power trip.This is the type of behavior that ruins the TF2 community.

There are 20 peace hound dogs in existence and yet all the pricing is done from the history of 1 single hat that was scammed and resold cheap. This is cherry picking, lazy pricing.

Anyways the 4 bills is still completely wrong, if you look at the counter proof you can see it was bought for more then just 4 bills.

I don't think being good at price suggesting and then updating the price on an unusual that was offered is really power tripping. I get outdated unusual offers all the time, people don't turn into metaphorical dicks when I update the price and it happens to be lower. You're actually lucky that it didn't need a massive drop.

Relating to the suggestion;

There are only 3 of these on market, one was just unboxed, another has a relatively short history. There's nothing wrong with using only one unusual with multiple sales.

And with your counter proof; I already told you, actually know what you're talking about before posting counter-proof. If you'd have checked the item histories, you'd have known that those keys had never belonged to the buyer.

"4 bill's + sweetz for hound dog" "added to talk" This was sold for more then 4 bills and Mr. Giang left that out to support a lower price. I respect the backpack.tf community because they offer accurate non-biased price voting. Mr. Giang is pricing for blatant malice reasons and that's giving an inaccurate price. Sure this needs an update...but it needs a properly researched update from a non-biased 3rd party.

Based on the snapshot of the seller's backpack that you provided, it looks like a Square Dance Taunt was added as a sweet. Sorting by time and checking item histories makes this apparent. However, this appears to be all that the buyer added. I don't think that Mr. Giang deliberately omitted this information, I think that he just missed it. Sweets can easily go unnoticed, especially since the "4 bill's + sweets for hound dog" comment you are referring to is taken from an unsold, not the sale that he used to set the low end in his suggestion.

This is like the third time I told you to be sure you know what you're talking about before posting. Neither the suggestion, nor the offer indicate any sort of sweets were involved.

I really don't think a user with over 400 accepted suggestions is posting fake proof just to piss you off. Sure, the intent is to piss you off, but the suggestion is still valid.

If lowering the price then using an alt to buy the hat isn't price manipulation then I don't know what is. Sure I agree the hat needs an update, but like I said before this user is doing it for malice reasons and is trying to get the lowest price possible
