I believe you are supposed to have sellers/solds at 3 that aren't old to show that 3 should still be in the range, or just drop 3 out of the range and provide unsolds at 3

He doesn't need unsolds while he has 3 ref in range

I didn't say that he did I said that if he was to drop 3 out of the range then he would. But right now in his suggestion there is no proof that 3 ref should still be in the range
