Thanks for the suggestion, but there are several issues with the second sale.

For one, that sale is really too old to use. 3 months is an absolute cut-off. That was more than 3 months old even when you made the suggestion. Second, overpay has not bee applied appropriately. All prices on this site are the values of hats in pure. We apply 10% overpay on all item trades. That would be closer to ~5 after overpay. Finally, it is not appropriate to make an estimate on a hats value based on a single sale. The dp ex would need a formal suggestion.
