It's kind of rarish, but nobody really wants it either. There's a ton in scrap.tf bots as well (though I'm not sure if that's usable as proof is it)

How can you tell that it sold for 1.66 ref? It may not be in their inventory, but they probably crafted it to craft a different type of hat, or...?

The photo badge was hidden from the trade; it's reasonable to assume he sold it. Regardless, he was still selling at 1.33.
Yes, it's hidden. You can manually hide your items in your trade post by clicking on the circular arrows in the corner in the item's border. The user probably crafted the Photo Badge and decided to hide the item in their trade post since it's no longer for sale anymore.
or you could take the logical explanation and imply he sold it...
who crafts these days. no new update came,and breadboxes are long gone

It was a reasonable assumption, and could still just be in a private bp. Doesn't change that he was attempting to sell for 1.33 though, I guess.

It was displayed on trade.tf, and you can see his earlier attempt to sell it: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22034655. He obviously edited the notes after he sold/crafted/aliened it.
