This appears to have risen quite a bit in the last 24 hours.. back to the same price it was a week ago

Then someone else will price this eventually.. Even in the last 24 hours, sales have been pretty common, ranging from $1.40-1.80

Well then when should i/someone else ressugest this? after a few days of it staying in the 1.40 - 1.80 range?
