You need two sales.

Also the sale was a quicksell

1) hard to get 2 sales when its been sold on the SCM once

2) doesn't matter if it was a quicksale

Wait for at least a month, and be on the lookout if the current owner tries to sell it. If this unusual is still with Wolfgang after a month, then you can suggest a flat price.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this does not meet the criteria of pricing based on 1 sale. Sale happened just 1 week ago. If it still hasn't sold 1 month from the date of the sale, it's fine to assume it won't sell again for a while. But otherwise, you'll need to wait for a second sale.

That range is too wide. In this case, the two sales are so far apart, it's hard to tell which is the outlier. I think we'll need to wait for a third sale.
