Nice hat, good Halloween effect. 2 in the world, one of which is safe to assume never left the backpack of the original owner.
Could only find one sale in the past three months:
Seller Before : http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198054804055?time=1402038000
Seller After : http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198054804055?time=1402124400
Buyer Before : http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198057243905?time=1401951600
Buyer After : http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198057243905?time=1402210800
Paid C9 Armored Authority (3.2*0.9 = 2.88 = 2.9) + 4 keys (0.21 = 0.2)
2.9 + 0.2 = 3.1 Buds
Other Brain Bucket (Not sure whether it's relevant, But I'll link it anyway) : http://backpack.tf/item/2074910220
Thanks to : http://steamcommunity.com/id/Dobroslav/ for helping me with my first suggestion!
If there is any possible improvements please let me know!
y nt just 3
3 =/= 3.1
You can use 3
No you can't, it sold for 3.1.
Read below
Why the neg >.>
LMAO YOU CAN ROUND SALES
If it's over 10 buds.
Edited. I never pressed 2.
Over 10*
http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53e590274ed7b8104b8b45ea -- Rounded first sale -- 7.2 to 7, under 10
http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53c95a154cd7b82e528b4568 Rounded first sale -- 2.9 to 3
http://backpack.tf/vote/id/53c95a154cd7b82e528b4568 Rounded third sale -- 2.75 to 2.8, then 2.8 to 3
etc
3.1 is fine, but 3 would be better since no decimals c;
Backpack.tf prices are not meant to be easy on your eyes. They are meant to be from the sales and not personal preferance.
No 3 bud hats are rounded down.
I just showed you two instances where I rounded down/up on a 3 bud hat
lol
Are you still going on about how the price isn't how you like it?
Yes because I'm disproving you and you can't face the fact that you're wrong
Decimals don't define if a price should be chosen or not
This is a 3 bud (becoming) unusual, not a BF KE.
This cannot be rounded down, so quit crying please.

Setting a range
Low End: Set the low end no lower than commonly offered / traded values of a hat (see "What is a quicksell?" below).
High End: Set the high end no higher than common b/o's and bounded by the high end sales and offers.
Formatting: organize your proof in an easy to read manner including all your links for proof - screenshots, links to trades - then provide a short conclusion justifying your range.
Giving the suggested range the appropriate level of precision: all unusual suggestions are approximations. As such, the suggested range should be rounded off appropriately - http://en.wikipedia....ificant_figures. The following suggested approximations are guidelines and NOT rules. Please use common sense to guide you.
For unusuals listed in keys, please round to the nearest integer
For hats <10 buds, using up to 1 decimal place is fine.
For hats 10-15 buds, rounding to the nearest 0.5 buds is reasonable.
For hats 15-50 buds, rounding to the nearest 1 buds is reasonable
For hats 50-100 buds, rounding to the nearest 5 buds is reasonable
For hats >100 buds, rounding to the nearest 10 buds is reasonable
Examples:
http://backpack.tf/v...cd7b82b7c8b472e - value here is really 100 +/- 10. Giving it any more precision, even 97-105, is honestly more precise than we can reasonably tell.
http://backpack.tf/v...cd7b8ae2d8b4661 - instead of 4.1-4.9, a range of 4-5 - it keeps the average constant while giving a decent approximation.
Unusual prices are estimates. What you have quoted is a rough guide I made for people. It doesn't really matter whether this gets priced at 3 or 3.1. However, it is preferable to provide the appropriate degree of uncertainty. The sale is unlikely EXACTLY 3.1. Why is that? Because it sold for an unusual that is likely not 3.2 any more.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21978790 - C9 AA for 2 buds
If a hat sells for pure, it should not be rounded at all. If it sells for an unusual, there's an inherent uncertainty. The sale value here is really probably anywhere from 2.5-3. 3.1 is probably high and gives more precision to the value of this hat than it really has. 3 flat is probably better. And what would be best would be to re-update the value on the C9 AA.
And then you call me a closed-minded, judgmental, personality lacking fool on the festive force a nature suggestion, irony rocks.
He just said 3 flat is probably better
