It would make sense to me to include any offers within the price; i could've taken the unusuals but i prefer pure personally.

also: Part 3 > 'determining a range' states: "High End: Set the high end no higher than common b/o's and bounded by the high end sales and offers." and i didn't go above that average.

There aren't many traceable sales to go around with; so i provided the classifieds listings/outpost averages.

also, this guide stated that "The backpack.tf classifieds are valid proof, but can be unreliable. They do not always update automatically, and when sold there is no history they were ever there."

the listing is recent so sounded ok as second proof/sale

Thanks for the suggestion, but all suggestions for new hats require two sales to establish a range. If there aren't two sales yet, you'll need to wait. there are enough on the market, there will likely be one soon enough
