STEAM MARKET: many selling at 4.60 dollars atm

sellers get 4 dollar if they sell at 4.60

If I sell 2 keys at market steam price I get around 2.10 each

therefore I can buy bread box for 2.25 keys by selling keys to steam

I was going to update this at least after 24 hours to give it some time... looks like someone beat me to it.

Anyways since you're trying to change the price of such a common item you're going to need a lot more proof.

Many 2 key trades are nearing a day without being touched by anyone.

I sold one for 2 keys within 10 minutes of setting my price to 2 keys.

This was at 8:40 am EDT today

The only reason people are selling them for that cheap is because you people are making the price go down and they just want to get rid of them fast

Or well hype has died down and people realize they have been majorly overpaying for this item...4keys and the only thing ever remotely worth unboxing is the s.snack attack which is a bit below 4 keys.

Same thing whenever a item gets discontinued, people ruch out thinking it would go up because it's "rare" without factoring if there is any actual demand for the item. crate 40 went up to 8 keys and then crashing down to 3, retired hats shot up and then crashing back down.

A item only goes up when supply is low and there is high demand (ppl start bidding up the price) for a item such as this where it's demand is pretty low...

If the breadboxes are going down, the salvaged crates should go down too, going by your logic.

They have? all the salvage crates which have low demand (which is everyone except the 1gen one) have, 40 went from ~8keys to 3keys, 50 was roughly around 12ish and droped to like 7 none have "gone up" even though it's rare. Why? because no one want's it's contents. rare doesnt mean expensive or else all tradable halloweens would be thorugh the roof

I call bs on 3 ref, they atleast cost around 4 ref but that is not counting the fact that hats all increased in price because the bread gods

I got it before they went expire. At that time everyone was selling low because people were scared of it not being a good promo later on, guess they were wrong. Anyways, I got it cheaper than what it costed to craft, so I say I did well buying one. Anyone else thinking it will crash, well it will, since it went in price so fast up.

Boxes will drop. People will forget. They will rise slowly. There are over 81,000 buds. There are near off 8000 bread boxes. It's inevitable.

Needs to have a demand for it. rareity doesnt mean expensive, it needs to be both rare and in demand. (basic economics)

Tradable UHHH is only a few hundred in existence and it's been ~2-3keys for ages, and had people thinking ti would be buds. Been years still hasnt happened because there is no demand for it.

Why are buds so expensive? because it's in high demand and people bid up the price.

There are over 81,000 buds. There are barely 500 uniques of a lot of halloween items. They still go for a key at best.

people applied the same logic to the robo sandvich box and the companion cube box XD

#40 rose up a year ago to around 8 keys because of the hype that it was being taken out of the drop system... now its at 3 keys.

if I were you I would suggest you to BUY ALL of them while they are cheap cuz they will eventually rise and you will profit a lot!

there are over 81k buds. there's only ~250 towering shades in the game. they've only dropped in price since they came out.

With that logic, I should be able to sell- oh, I don't know- a bountiful bow for about 3,800 keys (or 202 buds). Damn, I better start stocking up on halloween items before they rise.

The only reason people are selling for so cheap is because people like you are making the price go down and they want to get rid of them....

The trades need to be there before he can have proof, meaning people were selling that low even before he made this suggestion.

Its demand kiddo, learn about it when you get an economics class. Demand > Stock, literally, if there is no demand, the items drops, the stock is something you can see and smile at it, but that doesn't take part of the demand status.

I think bread box need to go lower and need to be updated for the moment (I own 27;))They will maybe cost more but not now ... the rise was because tons people buy it for "making profit" but yeah this items got not really much demand so price need to go down i'm ok with this, but i think more proof will be better, and proof of unsold at higher price than you suggest will be nice, and one last thing about "sellers get 2 dollar if they sell at 4.60" steam market take 15 % of the total price not 43 % ..... ... mathematic ...

And keep in mind, steam market is takin a % on you sold, that mean is like quick selling, when you sell something on the market you will always get under the "suggested" bp price (Exemple ; Summer shades strangifier can be sold at 8 keys on outpost, but you can get one easy ofr about 6 keys, maybe less if you are patient) I think you should wait a bit (Bread items are still unstable) and come back with more proof of sold/unsold ! Sorry i'll downvote, Good luck for next suggest. & finding proof :)

I know. but some1 can "quicksell their keys" for 2,43 dollars each and get 2.10 steam money each to buy bread box

Check out my bazaar auction selling 3 bread boxes got offered value of teamwork bills(6.63 keys) + bruisers bandana(1.5 keys) = 8 keys. My current bid is a prof kiillstreak worth 4 keys and 30 ref pure mate really you got to make some research.Btw not old my auction still have 1.5 hours.I would suggest with a better range.

The Bread Box is fine where it's at. So hate to say it, but downvote.

2.3 keys is not 2 keys 3 ref -.- and some of urs at 2 keys 3 ref are closed which leads me to believe they are sales therefore you can sell for over 2.3 keys....

honestly I would even vouch to lower the price even more. 1-2 Is a more realistic range.
