This hat/effect is underpriced nowadays. Here's a new suggestion for it:
1) Trade 1: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21743117
Notable offers:
- C9 Nano (~1.9 buds), looking for some sweets (but here he was agreed on 1:1 : http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21644484);
- DP Madame Dixie (~1.4 buds), rejected;
- 1 buds + white bill's (about 1.35 buds), rejected.
2) Trade 2: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21524692
Same offers.
3) Steam Community Market
Sold for 3450 rubles (300 rubles without Gaben fees; 37.5 keys in Mann Co Store, almost 2 buds pure): http://i.imgur.com/fLsgdEY.jpg

According to these offers and sales, I think that 1.6 buds is reasonable price.
Thank you for your attention!
A good reason for this being underpriced is that it looks like shit.
1) You need 2 sales to make a range
2) You can't use scm as the only proof of sales
3) You haven't even proven that the scm sale is a cloud 9 unusual
4) Offers aren't good proof either
5) Summer effects never riseEasy downvote.
"A good reason for this being underpriced is that it looks like shit."
Nope
"You can't use scm as the only proof of sales"
I've posted another unusual offers, what's wrong with it?
"You haven't even proven that the scm sale is a cloud 9 unusual"
I don't know how and from your side it'd be nice to advice me how to do it, btw
Offers and a scm sale isn't good enough. As for proving that it was a cloud nine, you could mouse over the picture, press print screen, then paste it in a word or paint.net document. Not that it matters, because it's not good enough as proof.
"I think that 1.6 buds is reasonable price."
Then why did you create a range, plus you can't use scm as your only sale, offers aren't that great as well.
