Could 1.7 be an outlier? The ones at 1.6/1.4 haven't sold

You only have 1 sale at 1.7, with 4 b/o's under.. Looks like 1.7 is an outlier and this should be 1.2-1.3, unless you can find another sale at ~1.6-1.7
