I believe that this hat should be worth more, as it looks nice and it is a god tier hat. Even Valve thinks it's the best hat, and the old price is clearly wrong.

I'd say that the range on this would either be 2.4 flat or 2.4-3. I'm going to go with 2.4 flat, as the Belgian's a third gen and there's a B/O at 2.4

Conclusion: I'm a bit iffy on the low end due to Waterloo passing up that Max's and getting the Hotrod, which implies that he values the Hotrod at 3.3 buds or more, but solds are more important than offers. It doesn't surprise me to see this rising, I think only that one (it's duped, but it's the same copy changing hands) has been on the market sine I last updated the price on this.
