Overpay and where does range come from?

Range comes mainly from the offers listed on OP and what most of the owners are willing to take. It doesnt seem like any will sell under 2 buds but 3 is close or is their B/O. I thought 2.-2.5 would be a reasonable estimate of what both the owners and the buyers would be willing to pay/take.

I wouldnt price a hat on offers. Gotta wait for sales.
