I do somewhat agree with you though. A buyout at 20 and a trader who would have accepted 20 pure shouldn't be ignored. Though I'm not sure if it makes a huge difference when considering high-tier hats.

I don't think 21 is too high. The lvl 100 Tyrants trade was only 2 days old and it already had offers of 20 to 21 pure (Based on notes).

Preferably a range of 20 to 21 would make more sense considering the two buyouts.

It is actually recommended to round values up to a whole number. The suggester is a blue belt, just cut him some slack.

.5 should always be rounded up on hats > 15 buds. also, the seller with a 20-bud buyout hast the mass-duped one
