Its about time some of these RARE God tier unusuals had an updated price and the first sale in almost a year.

This is also not to mention that the previous price suggestion was questionable as to the price of buds at the time.

I remember that when the very first suggestion passed, it was priced at 66.6 buds, I think that was the joke.

Well you didn't apply overpay and the Slug is outdated but assuming that price is still valid the sale comes out to ~67.4 buds which can be reasonably rounded to 70 given the value of the hat. I'm doubtful the Slug would drop enough to lower the final value of this sale by any appreciable amount anyways.

Yeah. And the owner was willing to take 60 buds pure if that matters. (He was going to take 70 buds pure but it was no longer valid) He told me this in private chat.. I don't have proof but you could ask him I suppose.

He re-listed it as a quicksell as all he wanted was pure and i offered mixed. The price to be used here on the jefe is the current bp.tf price (if you have a problem with that, update that price). He did lower his price as the 70 pure offer was retracted as skreeta bought something else. I agree short circut he did lower it to 60 momentarily, but quickly decided against it. He is un-experienced in trading and just wanted pure (which is understandable) This doesn't change the final sale price.

I did at one stage also offer Soldier 70 pure which he said was too low.

Edit: By Unexperienced im referring to little unusual trading in the past. He had been given alot of information on the hat by other traders in the comminuty and knew what he wanted. PURE - Like everyone else around.

Overpay wasn't taken into consideration due to the previous owner also being offered 70 pure.

My name is Skretak007, not Skreetak007 :/ however, i did offer him 70 pure, but have been rejected as it was low. Later on, he contacted me again, saying he will do the 70 and i rejected it (also bought something else if anybody cares). I did offer him 52 later on, which he rejected and counteroffered me 60. Though, you do need to make a mini-suggestion for the Jefe as it's duped.

I agree, i'm sure Skretak007 (or lenny face man haha) can agree that unusual soldier's viewpoint on the value of the Exe and counter-offering was varied from one moment being firm on 100 to then offering for lower (I'm assuming, needing the buds for cash irl or seeing another hat he wanted) I understand he may have said he would take 60 at some point, though i offered him 60 in the final discussions and he had said that his decision had changed and it was low(which was a frequent happening, negotiating with him). Obviously the unusuals added to the 45 pure added up to ~70 on bp.tf pricing, and then we came to the agreement on the final sale. - THIS BEING SAID. It is being priced upon the final sale, not on counter-offers that were never actioned and shortly after they were mentioned, retracted. Sure, twice during its sale it was offered 70 pure which is noted in the suggestion but the price is based upon the final sale which as per Jugs's suggestion is accurate. I suppose i've said my part and will be stepping back now and see how it pans out.

Actually, 1 addition to my statement. "If the hat is an old/rare hat with one sale in many months (>3 months), then it is acceptable to set a flat price and it will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis (depending on how comparable the sale is to previous offers)"

I'd also like the point out that 73% (almost 3/4) of Executioners are either UNPRICED or OUTDATED.

Dismissing a price suggestion as this on the debating of the Jefe being 18.5 or 15 (~5% if i'm not mistaken) with the info provided above shouldn't be an option.

It's fine. On a hat of this tier, I'm not going to squabble over 3 buds.
