You still have it listed for sale and are calling it your "dream hat". Look, I get you may have a hat that you really really like, but its some bullshit to call it your dream hat if you're gonna list it for sale. I, personally, have a dream hat of a Sunbeams Crown which I've owned for over a year and isn't on the market. That's a legitimate dream hat, but I feel that anyone who uses the line "this is my dream hat" on their trade is just trying to use it as an excuse to show off their item without ever selling.
If you're implying the hat is not actually for sale, then I'll be happy to report it to Outpost because with your current phrasing; that's what it sounds like to me.

I am in agreement with Baloo. And since it is up for sale right now, this suggestion will not pass. Since you clearly aren't a Collector, 2 sales are required.

It depends. If the item goes to a Collector, than 1 sale is fine. If it is relisted, than you have to wait a month to see if it sells again.

You should also try to consult my other 150 tyrants before saying that I'm not a tyrants collector lmao.
Because a true Collector obviously lists a piece of their collection for sale right after purchasing it. You either aren't a true Collector, or you made the outpost trade to show off your hat without ever planning on selling it. You just reinforced Baloo even more. So either you made a troll trade, or you were intending on selling it, but decided to take down the trade in response to it needing 2 sales to price if it goes back up on the market, which can be interpreted as price manipulation. Neither option puts you in a favorable light.
1. Nothing is that definitive, this isn't a black and white case. Not a 'true collector'? Is that a joke? A collector is a collector, what he decides to do with the items he collects is his business. Again, I'd reiterate, who are you to say that I am not a true collector?
2. After purchasing an item of special value, I merely tested the waters to see what kind of offers I get. Every 'collector' would know that if someone has a ridiculous offer that cannot be refused, then it can partake in a trade. That does NOT mean that the true intention was to sell. That's why these are not black/white cases, you can't say this is that, and that is this. What happened to the collectors KE? Sold. Of course everyone with something they value dearly would flaunt a little in the process, I've seen hundreds of OP trades like that. If rustled your jimmies with that, then you seriously have problems.
3. Wtf is a troll trade? And no, this is not 'price manipulation'. I bought it for 1 price, and setting it up as that price. Manipulation requires an already set price which is then twisted for profiting purposes. Where in the hell do you see that occurring? hmm?
4. You're using terms left and right without proper context, I don't have time for that stuff. Period.

Where does the value of the killstreak kits come from?
I took them from market values, ~1k ea for the specs ($2-2.5) and 4k for the pro ($9-10)
meh. my collector's deus specs are a better waste of money.
The SCM is not enough proof to value the killstreak items by itself. You are required to make a Mini-Suggestion for each killstreak item to prove it's worth.
A mini-suggestion is bassically what its name implies: a suggestion to prove the worth of an item to be used to price another item.
In this case, you will need to provide a mini-suggestion for the Prof KS Shovel Kit and both Spec KS Kits using sales from trading sites, inventory history, etc.
While this doesn't sound very hard, what makes it impossible to do is the fact that you are only allowed to use sales for the exact same killstreaker and sheen. The reason is because there could be a price difference between a Manndarin and Mean Green kit of a weapon as well as for a Team Shine + Singularity and Hypno-Beams + Hot Rod kit of a weapon. You cannot use the SCM for this because the SCM does not show the killstreakers and sheens of sales.
Hope this helps explain why you cannot properly price this item using your sale.
You need more than one sale.
The rule which gives exemption in requiring more than one sale is only for rare 1gens which rarely hit the market or it is a exceedingly rare unusual.
You had the intention to sell it which doesn't qualify for any of the cases. Probs best to wait for another sale
Well, in special cases where the 1 of 1 Collectors Cosmetic goes to a collector who DOES NOT PLAN ON SELLING IT, then 1 sale is fine, or if it hasn't sold in a month since the first purchase after being relisted on the market. Like the Collector's Tyrolean is a great example of the 1 month rule and the Collector's Antarctic Parka is a prime example of the sold to a Collector rule.
