CONCLUSION- Based on the fact that this item is very rarely traded, and not very popular, i believe that my lack of more links is somewhat justified. I think I gave a link for almost every single outpost listing excluding low craft number sells. Based on the number of unsolds at 3, i think it needs a slight bump down. Also, nearly every listing I found was within my new price range, and the above links include almost all of them. MOST IMPORTANTLY!
