For Now it just a b/o , 13 is QS, and 16 still happen, just for lowering the high end

Its hard to explain, I didnt made 13-16 because http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21922783 Ok sold in 1-2 weeks , but their b/o was 1 Bud , 1 Bud doesnt happen, , and Also , the first offer was accepted.

Why does it matter if it was the first offer? The trade was open for ~2 weeks and the offer came after ~1 week.

Actually the trade was opened on the 12th and then closed on the 14th, outpost is wonky like that

I believe it will still work. Usually anything after 3 months is too old.

Why did the guy buy it for 16 keys and a misc then sell for 13 keys...

On the flip side, the last 16 key link on Sales, there is no proof of the sale.
