If you offered the purple energy armored authority, you need to apply overpay on that. (5.8 buds * 0.9 = ~5.2 buds)

If he offered it on your its a secret to everybody carouser capotain, overpay needs to be applied. If you offered your its a secret to everybody carouser on his purple energy armored authority, no overpay is needed
