You will need to find out what that 3rd sale excactly sold for, 1 sale is not enough when there has been others.
I got 6 sales, 5 of them aren't usable, it's a rarely traded halloween effect, this is enough if one hasn't sold in 5 months and another in 1 week with the same b/o, read the rules

Exception 2: Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months Didn't meet this criteria.
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed) Met this one.
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred. Didn't meet this one.
Man I've done this multiple times, don't tell me how to suggest please, if you disagree with this, feel free to counter or downvote

With more than 1 sale that can be used, and 2 on the market, you will need 2 sales.
No matter what you say, then remember this is a suggestion and it is better to wait for 2 sales to make the most accurate price, than make a vague suggestion.
5-6 unusuals were involved in that sale (complex), and yeah 2 in the market, one hasn't sold in 5 months, are you kidding?
