u still need 2 sales to price a unusual first time and your secound sale isn't useable cause steam market sales don't count as proof
so ur suggestion is against the rules at the moment, so please find another sale and 2 are for sale at outpost --Y so this hat will sell again

Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months Meets this one
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed) Meets this one
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred Meets this one

So it's not allowed to price this unusaul based on your one and "only" sale - cause some more sales happened in the past
The buyer from the sale I've shown hasn't put his/her modest for sale again. the 2 that are up for sale are probably not going to sell anytime soon, since one is gifted/duped and hasn't sold in 4 months and the other one wants cash only so yeah, please stop shitposting, I've done this multiple times before and you aren't going to come here and teach me how to suggest.
About this sale to some guy named 'SUSPECT', it's probably a friend who borrowed the modest from user '+*+* RoMi *+*+'. If you check his OP profile, he's never made a trade:

The modest is currently on SUSPECT's backpack (borrowed) and probably never going to be for sale again.
Psdt: +*+* RoMi *+*+ got almost nothing on his/her backpack, means SUSPECT didn't buy it but borrowed it for a while, OR there's a really small possibility that it could be a SCM sale, still not valid to make a range here. 11 flat should be fine due to hte proof provided.
however - I think rules are clear - ur suggestion didn't meet rule/ point 3 at the moment
