Candy cane chem set can be bought for 3.31 on the SCM http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Collector%27s%20Candy%20Cane%20Chemistry%20Set takes 11.11 ref (1.5ish keys) to fill out, so even if you wanted to DiY you could do so for less than 4 keys.
