CONCLUSION-

Based on the fact that there are 16 listings (the whole first page) on backpack.tf for 2.33, I would not consider this item to have a range of 2.33-2.66 anymore. I also found a lot of unsolds at 2.66, and even some unsolds at 2.33 so show that 2.33 isn't close to being a quicksell. Finally, I found a bunch of young trades for 2.33 on outpost and trade.tf. IMPORTANT: My argument is that there is an overwhelming amount of 2.33 listings (especially on backpack), so the new price range should not include 2.66!! Hope you enjoyed! ;) Thanks!!
