There is no non decimal conversion for it

You have all of these pictures and links but it still doesn't visually show us that the hat was traded for 21 keys.

Do you see what's wrong here? All of these are so suspicious and completely vague, a lot of people can only assume what happened. All of these arguments could of been avoided if you'd just talked to the seller or buyer and have them give you a screenshot of their "Trade History". That way, people can see the trade is valid and no one's time was wasted trying to figure this out.
I suggested this with 1.1 range and got the trade history cause this suggestion is a mess and i thought its my hat might as well do it right.

You know, it would of been quicker and easier if you'd just go into your "trade history", screenshot the item being traded for 21 keys, uploading the image online (Imgur) and then showing us.
