When it's 1/1, sure.

Because flies is a mid-tier 1st generation effect. Seemingly rare and highly loved by collector's. Heavily underrated as well, but seen as crappy because "U KEN BARLY C ET! CINCUR1"

I've had a flies hat before and the visibility is exactly why I don't like the effect. I'm also a collector of the very sniper friendly blizzardy storm so I'm really not in a position to be judging effects by their visibility.

It's for people who want unusuals that aren't very flashy and all up in your face acting as a giant sign with an arrow pointing at you saying "Shoot me here"

I'm selling it for cheap because atm i'm wanting to just get out of unusual trading and I'm working towards my #1939 Collection and also trying to get a nice engie unusual to keep and not sell. also that flies phantom was not duped. I checked the history on backpack and on tf2items and on Outpost and i couldn't find the other dupe of it at all I'm not really too sure.

The phantom is indeed duped. The dupe detection on this site says it's duped and there are at least two versions of it for sale right now.
