^with this extra proof 9-10 might be a better range even the sale at 10keys was sold pretty quickly :S

Or even 10 flat judging how the current trade has an offer of 9+ref and was rejected

Doesn't matter if it is duped or not for a low tier unusual like this. You can use dupe sales up to less than 3 buds at the moment.

Oh, in past suggestions I've added half value to TS or B/W. If you were told not to add value, I guess it looks good :)

To explain myself in this, painted bills are not as valued as much as before eg in classifieds there are plenty of ts/some white/black for between 6 to 6keys + a bit of metal (which would round down to 6 anyways haha)

I myself tend to just value painted bills as 6 keys guess a mod can give his say but i have been doing this for ages an no one has ever corrected me so...

Still a White bills is a insta sale at 6 keys

Given quickbuyers paying 9 keys for any unusuals, looks like the lowest cap for any hat should 10 keys. Even the 10 keys sales go fast. You might be able to go with 9-10, but 8 is just really low.
