I just recently paid around 10-11 in Unusuals for this hat i paid a Hearts fedora (6.5ish) + Burning Flames engie Hat (3.5/4ish) also the guy who i bought it from will confirm this the price is so old now it needs updating.

Both the hats are outdated. You need mini suggestions to prove the price of those hats. And also, you will need to apply overpay.
