First suggestion on semi-rare hat (don't have much proof since only 12 exist and only 1 trade on bazaar.tf and 2 on tf2outpost.com).

Go easy on me. I know this isn't a lot of proof, and it's my first suggestion. I searched r/tf2trade and came up with nothing. 2 trades on outpost and 1 on bazaar. I think 20-21 is a fine range.

You cannot assume that it was sold for the b/o. You will have to find out exactly what it sold for.

Unsolds aren't really proof. I can see why it'd be that price, but that alone doesn't tell us anything.

Only found 3 trades though. There might be a lot of them, but no one is selling them.
