You know why I love this type of halloween items over Haunted quality? Because eventhough its unlimited, the only time of the year they are on sale is during halloween, which is when Valve adds even more new Halloween items, so these ones won't be bought as much since the hype will be on the new ones. Thank god I found and bought 1 of each of the Halloween 2013 items in Unique/Tradable quality last year's November for a really, really cheap price. Upvote.
There is a very limited market on Unique Halloween items including this one, maybe people weren't willing to buy them from the store.
