Well, had complaints about being conservative based off what very few sales I'll have and not being in range. So instead I'll just suggest a range involving the very few non quicksold sales I have, which is .2 keys higher.
Thanks to Plax and Wellesley for thoughts on the range.
This item is really outdated ever since the vaccinator strangifier came out. Going to attempt to update it.
First off, yeah I know I have alot of these, but if you check my backpack history, you'll notice I've had most of these for 3+ months back when I was buying them for 4 ref each, so don't let the owned amount affect your voting judgement.
The market for this item is/has been immensely small for a week now, anything at normal bp.tf price that shows up gets sold in a heartbeat.
Many buyers out there seeking bp.tf price and failing to buy any for days.
Buyers at 6 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22341020 - 3 days, no success
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22292867 - 5 days, no success
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22298001 - 5 days, no success
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22379738 - 1 day, no success
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22320580 - 4 days, no success. Not bumped to well.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22384436 - 1 day, not bumped
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22143004 - Mass buyer at 6 ref, though not bumped in 6 days
Buyers above 6 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22214013 - 6.33, poorly bumped.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22387596 - 1 key, failed buyer for 1 day ended up buying one for 1 key 4.33 ref instead
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22398854 - 6.66, seems to have succeeded as medigun has part on it
Instant Solds at 6 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22380661 - Bumped once, sold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22401937 - Sold without a bump
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22399267 - Sold without a bump
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22397540 - Both sold without a bump
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22384478 - Sold without a bump
Solds above 6 ref:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22399356 - Sold for 1 key 2 ref (1.3 keys)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22391991 - Sold one part outta four for 1 key 4.33 (1.6 keys)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16445342 - Sold out at 1 key 1 ref, second to last comment even notes of notifying to buy one when restocked. (1.1 keys)
http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Strange%20Part%3A%20Allied%20Healing%20Done - SCM reports many sales around the 3-3.50 range, being a key or more after taxes in funds. 2.60-3 dollars after taxes, little over a key.
If you got counter-proof, by all means provide it, but trade.tf only has only 2 pages of history in the past week of it's cache.
I should ban everyone who downvoted this just because you own 72. Your proof checks out and any asking lower than this price sells quickly.
The proof seems good. BUT...
"you'll notice I've had most of these for 3+ months back when I was buying them for 4 ref each, so don't let the owned amount affect your voting judgement."
I don't understand how that changes the fact that you're making a $50 profit off of this suggestion. Like, I personally don't understand how the fact that you bought these for cheap and have had these for a while affects the fact that there is an apparent conflict of interest in my mind. Could you explain what you meant by that for me?
I'm neutral.
Like, I don't want to call you a manipulator, because you have good proof. I'm just skeptical.
So don't let the owned amount affect your voting judgement.
Alot of people downvote blindly based on seeing amount owned thinking market manipulation. The comment is to provide info that they themselves can go back and check to note that I have indeed owned all these since that time period and not an attempt to raise the price by diminishing the market amount.
By why does it matter that you've owned them for that long? How is that different from buying them all yesterday? I'm not seeing any difference.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22396519 - Why haven't you mentioned this link? Unsold ~ a day at 5.77
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22384478 - Was selling for bp.tf price
First link is sold and below bp.tf price, why report a sale below bp.tf price when Im suggesting a raise?
It actually seems to help you, since it looks like it sold w/o a bump (i.e. quicksell).
Only if it's bp.tf price or above when suggesting a raise in price. Any quicksales below is not valid proof for raising a price. He only mentioned it since it seems unsold given that the outpost user has not crossed it out of their trade yet.
I bought the 5.77 one from that user yesterday. He or she hasn't updated the listing.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22366351 -- You bought one 2 days ago for 6 ref. Just putting that out there, that they're not all months old.
Although your proof is good, I just have a bad feeling here. Downvote. I'll risk it.
I did say most of them were 3+ months old, not all. Selling them on SCM after buyign a few for 6 ref each is an easy way to convert your metal to funds to buy games. It got me Civ 6 after all.
