I suppose circling hair comb would be a very themed effect.

Why is it suggested in a bud range when the low-end is under a bud. It just looks weird.

Well, that's a big question.

Usually, an item is priced after what it is most commonly traded for. For example, take Strange Kritzekrieg, the current value is 36 Keys, which equals 1.9 Buds, but it is priced in Keys because it is most commonly traded for Keys.

I choose to make it in Buds since the first unusual was priced at 1 Bud, and the other one was quite close to that, i could've gone either way.

I sold one for a bud + 3 keys pure; this range needs to change. I can give proof in a second.
