I'm having a hard time figuring out what the range should be. Clearly 15 needs to be in the range.

Sales at 11, 12, 15, 15, 15, 17, 18. I think >15 are probably outliers given the 15 pure b/o. I would call 11 an outlier on the low end. But that sale at 12... I feel 12-15 is too low but 15 flat is too high. The 2 person history went for 15 pure. I would think that's the upper limit and a regular clean one would be ~13-14 or so. Really think range here is probably 13 or 14-15. But don't really have sales to set that low end. Tough call.
