Tentatively, since there were no other high-value item changes on the seller's account, it appears to have gone for a DBD Harmburg + S. Machina.

Not really sure what was added besides the harmburg. Machina ID doesn't match up. Still, it looks like the sale will be approximately harmburg + a little over ~1 buds. Probably would be worth adding the seller to figure it out. It's a sale value that's definitely under 4 considering even 2.5 is generous on the harmburg with a current seller at 1.6.
This might be 3-4 or 3.5-4
