counter to baddy (i told you i'll counter if you don't resuggest :P)
Sales:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22258983 - sold for lantern elf? (2.2 * 0.9) ~ 2 - outlier
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22212474 - added stormy buckaroo (0.8 * 0.9 = 0.7) for C9 headsplitter ~ 4.6
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22193844 - sold for C9 cannonball (4.5 * 0.9) ~ 4
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22193352 - QS,added for a max (sold without a bump)
lowest b/o - 4
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22416904
unbumped and personally i wouldn't limit the sales by it. but better than 2-3 <.<
Sales at 2,4,4.6 QS at 3~ and a b/o at 4. 4 flat is reasonable
elf had buyout of 3. didnt sell for 4 days.
1st guy wanted more than 3 when he opened the trade (3 removed buds on the right side),so the time he had with a 3 bud b/o is unknown.
and anyhow, what he sold for,is an obvious outlier
Looks like the range should be 3-4 with one outlier on either end.
what would 3 be based on tho ?
Magenta added a sale at 2.8 in the other suggestion.
the TW gutten sale ?
a pro KS shiv was added and a steaming pug

Well, that would now come out to 3.5? Plus your seller at 4 dropped his b/o to 3.5. Plus there are sales at 2 and 3. 4 flat is too high here.
i'll ressugest with 3.5-4
