Two significant sales recently on a normally dormant Beak.

(13.25 buds + 13.25 buds + 5.25 buds + 1.6buds ) * 90% = 30 buds

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22347054 - Sold for a Harvest Moon Brainac (Seller was asking for 25)

25 buds * 90% = 22.5

This hat is over 20 buds, and is rarely sold, so going off even one sale is acceptable - although here we have two. The range is rather large, however, so I'll just use the median value of 26. Would love feedback from the admins/polar/anyone else.

EDIT: didn't read bottom part. however, 22.5 - 30 is fine. it is the equivalent of 4 - 5 buds.

You have 2 sales at 2 different prices. Either you prove that one is an Outlier or you make a range. NEVER are 2 separate prices simply averaged.
