why aren't the other 3 usable.

Impossible to price them without using It's A Secret To Everybody Little Buddy sale.

It couldn't be. The thing is those sales indicate this price is low so, as I said on the other suggestion, it probably better not to update this one right now

I guarentee that the cloud crasher sale is an outlier and the sammy cap sale seems too complicated. Maybe look into mini's for the billy + elfin
