The Exquisite Rack was made a misc a few months ago and the value of its unusuals has gone up significantly.

The current suggested price for Orbiting Fire Exquisite is 4 months old and was made before it was made a misc.

I’m reposting this price suggestion. Just to elaborate in case there was any confusion, everything that is in bold is a sale and I specified what type of sale (like: pure, unusual offer, mixed, etc..) and provided a link to the tf2outpost posting or backpack.tf inventory history.

For some sales I am going off of backpack.tf inventory histories. I provided links that go to the closest archived inventory history for the buyer and the seller after the sale happened. You can sort by time to see the lastly items acquired then, it helps alot!

The high end price for this price suggestion comes from the first two unusual offer sales. I am keeping in mind overpay from unusual offers for this price suggestion.

Also I shared interesting offers that I've seen on tf2outpost. Interesting offers definitely help to further support there are buyers in this suggested price range.

I feel I've gathered good evident to support my price suggestion, though let me know what you think.

This trade is a bit complex. In this trade the OF Rack is being included in an unusal for unusual offer. It is definitely being valued higher than its suggested price. I would conservatively say the OF Rack is being valued in this trade at about 3.5-4 Buds (Unusual Offer) - 2 Weeks Ago

the rack became a misc a month ago.

it was made a misc on July 24, 2014, and then its equip_region was updated again on August 21, 2014 for whatever reason.

This was to prevent it from conflicting with the Stash or similar miscs, I believe.

Great proof and description of why they should go up.

I'm not saying your proof is bad or anything towards that end, in fact as far as I'm concerned it's pretty good. I'm saying that others are going to blindly downvote you because you're a white belt who's raising the price of an item he happens to own. For an unfortunate amount of people, that's reason enough to downvote the suggestion.

Well, most sales in pure are ~2.5-2.7, but this can occasionally get 3.5. Probably a tad bit high for a pure price on this, but it's probably pretty close.
